‼️ ANNOUNCEMENT ‼️

To All Delinquent Business Tax Payers and Non-Business Permitees:

Please settle your obligations as early as possible. Otherwise, the office would resort to the remedies provided by the provisions of the existing Municipal Ordinance No. 2020-174 passed by the Sangguniang Bayan, enacted and approved on September 9, 2020.

Article IV.A. Section IV.A.J. and

Article IV.A. Section IV.A-06

of the above-mentioned ordinance to wit:

"Establishments operating within the municipality without any business permits shall be issued a closure order its operators, managers, officers and board of directors shall be penalized under section IV.A. - 06. Likewise, individuals who patronized, procured and purchased from the said establishments shall suffer same penalty despite prior knowledge of the absence of permit or the non-registration of the subject establishment, if proven."

"Any person who violates the provisions of Section IV.A-04.J. shall be punished by a fine of not less than One Thousand Pesos (P1,000.00), no more tgan Two Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (P2,500.00) or an imprisonment of not less than one (1) month nor shall be imposed at the discretion of the court."
