We would like to inform everyone that the municipal warning siren, located on the rooftop of the MDRRMC Operations Center, will be activated at any time this afternoon for testing purposes.
Please be advised and help disseminate this information to avoid unnecessary alarm.
Please be reminded of the following:
1. This is only a test of the municipal warning siren system.
2. There is no emergency or reason for concern.
3. The siren may sound without prior notice, but testing will take place only within this afternoon.
We sincerely appreciate your understanding, support, and cooperation as we work to ensure the reliability of our early warning systems and enhance our community's disaster preparedness.
